不同的時代，世界面臨不同的考驗。在美蘇冷戰結束、俄羅斯又深陷侵略戰爭的泥淖之際，中國已經實質成為國際安全與世界文明的最大威脅。
美國已經佈局，於政治、經濟、軍事、文化各領域聯合國際防堵中國擴張。
台灣作為美國最堅定的盟友，不只是普世價值的一致。面對中國的擴張主義，台美更是休戚與共，台灣有事就是美國有事。
在美國國慶日，台灣基進祝願台美關係持續深化，共同維護民主價值，為國際的文明秩序而團結。

Congratulations to the United States on 247th Independence Day
The American Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, reflects the spirit of the Enlightenment; the founding of the United States represents the universal belief in natural rights, self-determination, and also, unyielding to tyranny.
The United States leads the world with values of freedom, democracy, innovation, and inclusiveness.
In different times, this world faces different challenges. When the Cold War ended, the United States rebuilt the global order with adherence to democratic beliefs. At this time, Russia is mired in its aggressive war, and China has become the greatest threat to international security and the civilized world. Allies among democracies are needed more than ever.
It is gratifying to see that the United States has already set the stage for a joint international defense against Chinese expansion in political, economic, military, and cultural spheres.
Taiwan’s position as the staunchest ally of the United States is not just a matter of universal values. In the face of China’s expansion, Taiwan and the United States are in solidarity, and when something happens to Taiwan, something happens to the United States.
On Independence Day of the USA, Taiwan Statebuilding Party wishes that Taiwan-U.S. relations will continue to foster, that we will work together to uphold democratic values, and that we will unite for a civilized international order.
