立法院外交及國防委員會繼續審查國防部預算，台灣基進今日率隊前往群賢樓外舉行國際記者會，以華、台、法、英、日等語言聲明，控訴中國國民黨立委馬文君及吳斯懷等人為明目張膽通敵的「中國間諜木馬」，呼籲國際社會切莫相信「台灣向中國靠攏」及「不願備戰」等錯誤訊號，並以行動劇呼籲台灣社會下架賣台立委，「國民黨不倒，台灣不會好」。
台灣基進聲明提及，無法想像烏克蘭抵抗俄羅斯侵略時有國會議員當間諜並明目張膽通敵；也無法想像以色列反擊哈瑪斯時有國會議員當杯葛軍事動員的協力者，然而這些在正常國家的常識，在台灣卻異常荒謬。
台灣基進控訴，台灣國會的國防委員會中，有中國國民黨民意代表馬文君、吳斯懷等「中國埋在台灣的特洛伊木馬」，阻擋台灣國防自主發展，除刪除國防預算外，也向中國傳遞台灣不願抵抗侵略、向世界傳達台灣選擇了極權中國、背棄了歐美民主陣營的假象。
台灣基進說明，沒有國家允許代議士叛國，台灣卻有這些中國間諜，以國會議員的身分，公然在國會通敵。因此，要在國會控訴國民黨效忠敵國而非台灣，並向世界聲明，台灣願意抵抗中國侵略，堅定與民主同盟站在一起。
台灣基進也向台灣公民呼籲，必須收回親中議員的政治權力，台灣的國會只能是「台灣的民意代表」，而非「中國習近平意志的執行者」，不能繼續讓他們代表民意。台灣基進主張，全面清除中國的特洛伊木馬。
台灣基進黨主席王興煥宣讀華語宣言，並表示集合在立法院群賢樓前有其意義，建築物內國防外交委員會正在審查國防預算，包括馬文君、吳斯懷，以及支持「九二共識一個中國」的全部國民黨立委。由認同中國的立法委員審查台灣的國防預算，無異於請鬼拿藥單。

《我控訴！》
我們無法想像，在烏克蘭抵抗俄羅斯侵略的時候，國會議員是俄羅斯的間諜，並且明目張膽地通敵。
我們無法想像，在以色列反擊哈瑪斯恐怖攻擊的時候，國會議員是哈瑪斯的協力者，在國會杯葛軍事動員。
但是，正常國家的常識，在台灣卻異常荒謬！
台灣立法院的國防委員會，有馬文君、吳斯懷這些中國國民黨民意的代表，他們是中國埋在台灣的特洛伊木馬，阻擋台灣的國防自主。
他們正在立法院刪除我們的國防預算；他們想對中國傳遞台灣不抵抗中國侵略的訊息；他們想對世界傳達台灣選擇極權中國，背棄美國、歐洲、日本等民主陣營的假象。
沒有一個國家允許代議士叛國。台灣卻有馬文君這些中國間諜，以國會議員的身分，公然在國會通敵。
所以我們在國會外面控訴！
我們控訴國民黨效忠敵國，而不是效忠台灣。
我們向世界聲明：台灣願意抵抗中國的侵略，堅定站在民主同盟的陣營。

台灣的國會，只能是台灣的民意代表，而不是中國習近平意志的執行者。
台灣基進主張全面清除中國的特洛伊木馬！
基進不分區立委參選人史惟筑現場發表法文版國際聲明，表達：「Nous déclarons au monde: les Taiwanais ont choisi haut et fort le camp de la démocratie. （我們向世界宣告：台灣人已經大聲而明確地選擇了民主這一邊）」

On ne pourrait pas imaginer un député urkrainien collaborer et être à la solde de l’espionnage russe.
On ne pourrait pas imaginer un député israélien complice du Hamas, bloquant le budget de La Défense et entravant la mobilisation générale alors qu’Israël est victime d’une attaque terroriste du Hamas.
Pourtant, ces situations qui dépassent l’entendement dans un État normal se produisent de manière absurde à Taïwan.
Le comité de La Défense du parlement taïwanais est composé de personnalités proches de la Chine comme Ma Wen-Chun 馬文君, Wu Sz-Huai 吳斯懷, ainsi que de représentants du KMT qui agissent en cheval de Troie envoyés par la Chine dans le but de saper l’autonomie de La Défense taïwanaise.
Ils sont en train de supprimer notre budget de La Défense ce qui est bien la preuve de leur loyauté envers la Chine. Taiwan ne pourra pas résister à une éventuelle invasion chinoise, et ils envoient un message trompeur au monde en choisissant l’autorité chinoise au détriment du camp démocratique uni des Etats-Uni, de l’Europe et du Japon.
Aucun pays ne tolère un représentant du peuple qui trahit sa propre nation. Cependant, des espions chinois tels que Ma Wen-Chun, sont présents partout à Taiwan.
En tant que députés, ils collaborent ouvertement!
C’est la raison pour laquelle j’accuse ici, aujourd’hui devant le bâtiment du parlement taïwanais.
J’accuse le KMT de collaborer avec la Chine. Je vous rappelle que votre loyauté doit envers Taïwan et non envers la Chine.
Nous déclarons au monde: les Taiwanais ont choisi haut et fort le camp de la démocratie.
Nous en appelons à nos chers compatriotes taïwanais: nous sommes ici pour réclamer la légitimité à représenter la volonté du peuple.
Ne les laissons pas continuer à nous trahir !!!
港湖立委參選人吳欣岱也發表英語聲明，現場並供應台文、日文版等國際聲明。台灣制憲基金會董事宋承恩也至現場支持基進訴求，將台灣基進為台灣國防、國安付諸行動、高聲呼籲，是「台灣的防腐劑」。並呼籲「政黨票投台灣基進，守護台灣未來。」
《We accuse!》
We wouldn’t imagine that a Ukrainian parliament member is also a Russian spy, while Ukraine is resisting Russia.
We wouldn’t imagine that a member of the Knesset is also a Hamas agent, while Israel is fighting against terrorists.
However, things that are normal in most of the world, are weird and pathetic in Taiwan.
Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT) Legislators Ma Wen-chun and Wu Sz-Huai are both members of the Kuomintang and have served in the Legislative Yuan. They are China’s trojan horses in the parliament and aim to derail Taiwan’s defense capabilities.
We protest!
For even now, they are blocking the national defense budget in the parliament!
For they are sending wrong signals to China, that Taiwan won’t confront their invasion!
For they are telling lies to the world, that Taiwan is siding with China and betray the democratic friends.
No nation on the planet allows its parliament members to commit treason.
However, there are Chinese spies like Ma Wen-chun and her sort, who act as members of the parliament, blatantly collaborating with the enemy.
We have, therefore, come to protest outside the Parliament today.
We claim that KMT is loyal to our enemy, not our country.
To urge Taiwan’s society that we must take the power back and vote pro-China MPs out. We cannot let them misrepresent us.
To say to the world that we fight against China’s invasion and stand firmly with the democratic allies.
Our parliament belongs to us, Taiwanese people. Our MPs should be the voice of us, not the echoes of Xi Jinping.

台灣基進也在現場演出打擊「中國間諜木馬」行動劇，除大型木馬氣球裝置外，兩隻戴有吳斯懷、馬文君面具的小木馬從立院竄出。現場喊出經典口號「國民黨不倒，台灣不會好」，以及「一人一票下架台奸」等口號。
